Responding to Climate Change

     Look to your left and right, what do you see and what do you feel? Do you feel this so called climate change?
     Now-a-days, we already experience this climate change,sometimes its too cold and sometimes too hot that affects skin diseases. The one cause of this climate change is the pollution in air,land and water,because of this the ozone layer was already destroy. It is clear that he cause of global warming is the release of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, caused by human activities.
     There are some effects of these climate change like crops are withering, sea water is becoming more acidic, sea level is rising.
     But these climate change has only one solution its in our own hands. Let's try to make some solution and change.

My Teacher,My hero

     In the month of October, we celebrate the month of the teachers. In this month, we are about to show to them our love and care, for us students.

     Teacher, teacher, teacher, you  where the one who helps us to have a good future. Besides, we are also treating you as our second mother. Perhaps, you have more time spending to us than our own families. You were sacrificing for your own family too, just to teach us. Your such a hero for us. When there's an activity in school, you were there to support us. We are considering you as our second mother, our best friend and most of all a top model.

     Everyday, we were hoping that you'll teach us good lessons for us to put in our minds. A new lesson, when you were discussing, we were listening as you speak. Every word you speak there's a meaning for us. there's an enjoyment when we were having our class. Enjoyment that never be forgotten. Experiments and activities, we were making this such fun things.

     Thank you for showing us that you care for us. For treating us, as your own daughters and sons. The love you've given to us and everything. I do believe that "My teacher,my top model".

My Modern Day Hero

              In your own lives, do you have a hero? A hero that you really admire most?
              I have a hero, I really really admire her most. When I was a child, she was the one who guides me, protects me, loves me and most of all cares for me.She always gives me the things that I want and I need. When I am sad, she makes me happy by kissing and hugging me. Even though she's strict with me I am so very lucky that I have her.
              Everytime my dad is scolding me for just a simple mistake, she was the one who comforts me after all, I'll just ask for my dad an apology. I love her so much, she's my no. 1 hero, the one and only hero in my life. I love the way she teached me lesson when I have maden mistakes. She gives us protection. However, when one member in our family, get sick she treats us just like a nurse or doctor.
              My mom is my modern day hero, because for me, all the good traits of being a mother is already in her. As long as I am a good child to my parents, they would be good parents to me too. I love my mom very much and she is my modern day hero, my no. 1 hero.

My Reaction in the SONA of the President

          July 25,2011 was his 2nd State of the Nation Address, according to him, he said that we would do away with the use of wang-wang, we employed zero-based budgeting to review programs. The 4,000 Certificate of Entitlement to Lot Allocation, is also one he have mentioned. The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, this will consider as a big help to the poor people who doesn't have their own houses. I am happy to say that our President is a brave person. He knows how to stand our country as one. The one who can make our country peaceful. I am hoping that he can do all what he promises to the Filipino people. This is all my reactions and we were expecting too much from you.

Isulong Ang Breast-Feeding Tama,Sapat at Ekslusibo

        Breast-feeding? Ano nga ba ang breast-feeding? Dapat nga bang isulong natin ito sa tama,sapat at ekslusibo?

        Ang breast-feeding para sa akin ay ito ang paraan ng pagpapakain sa mga sanggol. Ito ay gatas na nanggagaling sa mga ina. Kaya tayo na't isulong ang braest-feeding sa tama, sapat, at ekslusibo. Sa paraang ito, magiging malusog ang mga bata at sulit pa dahil wala kang magagastang pera. Ang mgapowdered milk ay dapat iwasan dahil ito'y nakakaapekto sa katawan ng isang sanggol. Kaya't isagawa na hanggat maaga pa, dahil kayo rin ang mahihirapan. Ang braest-feeding ay talagang mahalaga sapagkat nakakalusog sa katawan hindi lamang iyan nakakapagpatalas pa ng iyong isipan.

        Sa bawat patak ng gatas ay katumbas na ng wasto at tamang nutrisyon para sa sanggol. Bigyan natin ng importansya ang breast-feeding sapagkat ito'y napakaimportante para sa nga sanggol, kung walang breast-feeding alangan  namang powdered milk na lang na siyang nagdudulot ng mga kung anu-anong sakit at marahil hindi pa magiging malusog ang mga bata. Wastong nutrisyon isaalang-alang kalusugan ni baby ay maging tama sapat at ekslusibo.

Letter to the President

Dear Mr. President,
     

       I am so lucky because I have given a chance to write a letter for you. I am a student from Ilocos Sur National High School. I am a concern student, I just want to tell something about what's happening in our country.

       First,the divorce bill,here I am requesting that please don't approved this because many family will destroy. And the pollution that causes diseases to people. And also for the ciggarettes, the people who are smoking in the public places because it causes diseases again.

       This are all my concern Sir,. I am not hoping anything cause I know you have your own decision. Thank you Sir and more power.
